UNCLE KARL RECOMMENDS

Uncle Karl heartily recommends the following books. They are all guaranteed heart and mind openers.

His first three recommendations, written by Mary Ann Hoberman and by David McPhail are "children's books," inspiring us to be open and sharing in our lives. In Dennis Danver's book, The Watch, Prince Kropotkin, the radical anarchist of the 19th century who has been reborn into our time, is saddened to see that nothing has changed in the world since his days. Ken MacLeod writes great science fiction from a Marxist perspective.
